Mike Vignal

In this talk, Dr. Vignal will discuss two of the three areas of research he has focused on as a postdoctoral researcher at CU Boulder: Spontaneous vs Prompted Diagramming in Physics Problem Solving, Student Experiences with Emergency Remote Teaching, and Developing an Assessment for Measurement Uncertainty. Which two areas? The audience will decide! He will discuss motivation, data collection, research methods, and results for these two topics, as well as briefly discuss how all three align with his research interests and future research goals.
