This is a workshop intended for TA's and Faculty on how to recognize and respond to bias incidents.

“Navigating Bias in Learning Environments” is a two-hour interactive workshop to build skill among teaching and professional faculty and staff, to thoughtfully navigate bias incidents in learning and working environments, including classrooms, labs, organization spaces, and field locations. Grounded in evidence-based research and practice, the workshop presents a flexible analytical framework with corresponding practical strategies in order to better navigate challenging incidents as they arise.
