Hello, I figured that I should update you on my physics graduate school experience here at . The main courses here are pretty standard, the first semester we took E&M, QM, and classical. This semester the courses are E&M II, QM II, and thermo. Since I am not doing any research yet I take an extra class, last semester I took solid state, and this semester I am taking a group theory class from the chemistry department. We started last semester with 18 or 19 students, this semester there are only 8 or 9 still taking the core courses. I am doing well, I have been in the top 1 or 2 of every class so far. In comparison with everyone else, I believe that I had a much better undergraduate education, I would like to thank you and the rest of the faculty for that. My social life is ...
