SWBQ: If I have a two dimensional time-dependent quantum state, written as

$$\vert \psi (t) \rangle =c_{1}(0)e^{\frac{-i\;E_{1}}{\hbar}t}\vert E_{1} \rangle \, + \, c_{2}(0)e^{\frac{-i\;E_{2}}{\hbar}t}\vert E_{2} \rangle \; \; , $$

how would I factor an overall phase of $e^{\frac{-i\;E_{1}}{\hbar}t}$ from the quantum state?
